In Our World
And my world that cuddles
another heart next to mine
as my stars pulse and fall in line...
to discover another, he is beauty pure
warming the flavor of air: The moon
spreads rays in slow fire of blithe
blowing wistfully through life's frames--
that I'm connected with a universe
harmless, beautiful, and simple.
He breathes in me, holding my hands
like a soft bracelet of stars
glittering still on our twentieth glide
