                 and whole
               a cleaved life
             in flux cast dice
           state of non being
         potential in between

     parallel universes going on
       realistically just one path
        life’s inevitable no math
         untangled observation
           spit out my creation
             god particle sown
              new baby grown
                chop the cord
                   use sword

Hey David, I came to read Dr. David's poem of the quantum past before it moves. Using concrete/shaped poetry to physicalize a decision node, expanding outward into infinite superposition before collapsing down into the visceral reality of birth and separation, certainly provides a fascinating representation of the state of superposition before decision or commitment. Inventive, intellectually daring, and deeply satisfying work, David. Wait it is no longer there?!.$%#. Blessings, Daniel

The depth of your poem bleeds through your words. Life is just random isn't it. A cosmic coin flip as which way it will go. Fate isn't predetermined it's just a series of random occurences. The choices we make. "spit out my creation god particle sown," I absolutely love this line. Brillant write.

Quantum computers might be a game changer, coming to a store near us all, in the very near future, :)

Yes i don't believe consciousness merely exists in sentient beings. I believe that it exists in all of the cosmos. It's very intriguing. If it were to be proven true the implications would be massive. There's so much left unanswered and so much more to explore through quantum physics. If scientists could figure out how we could unlock the rest of our brain power, who knows what answers we would find.

Your more than welcome, its just what freethinking poets do, put our deepest existential thoughts out there, and hopefully connect with like minded people, there’s some powerful new theories coming on line as to the role of consciousness being woven into the very fabric of reality, which makes perfect sense to me anyway!

I have always been interested by quantum theory and also the existence of alternative realities and parallel time lines. The cosmic vastness that has yet to even be touched by our minds is just so intelligently stimulating. Thank you for this write.

Heya Sara, thanks so much for tackling this one head on, indeed on the face of it life certainly appears random rather than predetermined, other than by the choices we make, yet at a cosmic quantum level (potential) always exists in one form or another, potential for more chaos, or potential for another universe sliced and spliced together, and so forth ad infinitum, as for me all I know for sure is, I’m here because I have to be here, this one was very enjoyable to write, and I was delighted with the shape of my imagined eternity spitting me out into the madness, cheers David
