In Nano Seconds
Take the time to be happy
take time to smile and chat
in these stressful moments
if we do not take the time
it runs faster than we realize
the days run together
the months run to years
soon each nano second is gone
and we wonder where it goes
take a deep breath
smell those roses
feel the sun on your face
for time does not slow down
enjoy the small things of life
do not stress over each day
do not chase after life
for it sometimes runs away.
