In My Throw

.

Is anyone really watching
as I commute on my way
            to Philly

             As Poe
            with pen
   like the tornado wind
         I pull you in

    I capture your pose
          I imagine...

     all of you buckled
             in my
             throw

Hello James, I took a poetry class or two at the University of Maryland many moons ago. While in the military I helped many soldiers to write poetic pieces and send home to their loved ones. I was like magic. Drive carefully in Philly, it's a busy town. Great job! ~Joseph

Wonderfully romantic, James -- painting pictures of your love with words. (Poe has always intrigued me. Love his poetry and short stories.) Great work! Love, Carolyn
