In My Solitude
Here I stand
facing the crimson sea;
My bare feet
deeply mounted~
on the silken shore
as the creeping sun
like an ember ensconcing~
on distant islets
leaving a warm afterglow.
Alas, my heart is as cold
as the gust of winds
caressing my hair
making it sway
like that of Pocahontas.
