In My Heart
When we were little we fought all the time,
but that was ok because i knew you were mine
and on that day that Jesus took you away,
I tell you I never felt so betrayed
Betrayed because he took a piece of me when he decided to take you away
you never knew it but you were so much more than just a brother
you were my strength, my hero, a friend, and my older brother
you were perfect in so many ways
and i looked up to you each and every day
it hurts me so much to know that your gone
because i'll never see that sweet smile again
and i would do anything to have you back now
anything like walking 10,000 miles
it's sad to know we wont ever be with eachother again
but i wish i could hear that sweet laughter just again
i never told you how much i cared
and i wish there were so many more times we could have shared
shared our feelings and memories
we could have gotten so much closer
but now i have no more time and it's over
but you'll always be in my heart
because you couldnt be anywhere closer
