In My Eyes

you are their as light as a feather trimmed with lace and leather
it gets better...
with words you sought me heaven about you to thee
humble apathy,

in vested charity your eyes twinkle through the sadness
implanted with a heightened sense of serenity
I seen you from a far mark the open door
leaves holes in my pockets wrote some things to put inside her locket

the Brandy was perfumed with a midnight sage,
a way of awakening through the silence to deliver
shadows block the vortex of my eye
yet you are still their with wings in flight
