In My Dreams
Lying here after you leave,
catching my breath, trying to breathe.
Lasting memories of our time together,
lasting memories live on forever.
And in my mind you never leave,
and in my mind memories weave.
Your scent still lingers on my skin,
feeling your presence deep within.
Peaceful rest still waits for me,
closing my eyes I try to see,
your shadow following me in my dreams...
