Author's Notes: During the writing and completion of my most recent Heroic Couplet here, "In Love's Time," I actually thought very deeply about the abstract and real emotion we all refer to as "Love." For me, when one approaches love, whether it be from an abstract and ethereal view, a practical aspect, or even both -- I think it's wise and essential that one considers just how significant and vital love is to each of us as we live out our respective lives in this mortal world of ours, and what it signifies to each of us in our daily relationships with others. My notion with, "In Love's Time," was to try to capture love's essence in both its mortal and immortal senses, and to get the reader to think further about its true meaning for each of us in this life and beyond.
