In Love With All About You

Deeply lost in my thoughts

Keenly smiling to myself

Then perhaps,

Am thinking about you.



On my bed faced up

With a slightly thick paper

Then perhaps

Am gladly looking at your picture.



Feeling a sudden dart of blood in my veins

And an involuntary cardiovascular contraction

Then perhaps

I just unexpectedly met your gaze.



I can't trust my heart anymore

Cos it has deceived me a lot

Cos of its irregular contractions

Whenever am around you.



My eyes have also deceived me

Cos despite seeing with my physical eyes

I can see only through my heart

Whenever it comes to you.



I am not a gun

Neither do I have a trigger

But something triggers within my heart

Whenever am around you.



Not influenced by alcohol or mentally ill

But I have become crazy

All because

I have falling in love with you



What makes me smile

What makes me love

What triggers every affection within me

Is all about you.



I had never said this to a lady

But it's pressing on me to say it to you.

Those three magical words

Cos am in love with all about you.
