In Love
You’re everything I hope for
Past, present, and future
Although I am in the throes of young love
I believe this statement to be wholly true
You allow me to be me
I am silent
I use my tongue freely
I express more emotions than I have in years
My previously shallow heart has reached new depths
I am passionately in love
And I feel every touch, every breath, everything
With everything I have, I choose everything about you
And if I ever misspeak, forgive me
If we ever quarrel, let us resolve
Every day with you is a day that I am alive,
A day that I am hopelessly in love
I pray that you will be my future
