In lessons of the heart

I'll rewrite the stars for you,
in lessons of the heart,
where every word is whispered true,
and dreams refuse to part;

your smile becomes my guiding flame,
a light that never fades,  
in every verse I call your name,  
through love that gently sways; 

so take these lines, a poet’s art,
a promise from the start, 
that I will walk where wishes do, 
in lessons of the heart.
