In Honour of a Great Life

I thought of her smile, her love, her life,
many lovely moments in the past,
a great mother and devoted wife,
when she breathed her last.

many a purpose her life avail,
many a role and many a cast,
her feats in life had carved a long trail,
when she breathed her last.

Never a moment to stop or rest,
Never her life zeal would fly half mast,
she gave family her very best,
till she breathed her last.

what praise or glory can one bestow,
on a mother’s kingdom timeless vast,
we bow in her honour as tears flow,
she has breathed her last!

Time should heal slowly but it looks hard at the moment. Thanks Tom for all the kind words of support.
