In Honour Of:
In honour of praise I kiss the sky,
When I am speechless my words lie tied,
In honour of kindness for what it's worth,
It's a valued commodity which love gives birth.
In honour of music, I can hear the bells,
It's truly magical as it casts its spells,
In honour of art and how it speaks to your soul,
There's no greater filling to make one feel whole.
In honour of friendship and the joy it provides,
Great friendships last and will never subside,
In honour of poetry and to poets themselves,
May you each have a book that lives on our shelves.
In honour of this life, we are all blessed
