In Him

morning erupting a darkened sky,
hanging shadows from gallows poles.
dancing ribbons becoming light,
closed eyes, orange, red, yellow.
nature’s chorus sings
of heaven’s gates,
warmth above
In Him
grace.

God is good, the simple things that God has given unnoticed because we are often little ungrateful children, Thank God for you writing this, and thank you, Congrats on the well-penned feature.

'...orange, red, yellow' offsetting 'the darkened sky' and your ultimately redemptive ending are very effective. A pleasing flow, not easy within the confines of the NONET form. Well done Jason. Keith
