In God's Goodness

In God’s goodness*, always abounding. He keeps us within His compassion’s surrounding... While in His Word we are abiding. Within His goodness of tender mercy The Lord attends to our prayer of faith’s fervency... Exhorting us to have HIM as our sufficiency. Along His goodness with soul-quickening power Our Saviour assures our divine nature-standing of heavenly tower... That makes our faith produces fruits from trust's blossom-flower. Trusting His grace-goodness with heartfelt sincerity We can strive toward holiness by the Holy Spirit’s authority... Doing what's right against evil's hostility. By His goodness- pardon that’s readily available Almighty Father forgives our confessed sins, making us virtuously favourable... To testify about His kindness, wondrously affable. Through His sanctification’s goodness that purges our guilt away We overcome feelings of worthlessness’ sway... Hence, we're lifted up by the Providence cheering way.
