In God We Trust

In god we trust By Asianae Aikey Our country's leaders say we're living in the land of the free, but it's never seemed that way to me. Every day I see the consequences of inequality. "In god we trust," hell no. Humanity encompasses everyone yet divided we stand and force others to be smaller. In 74 countries, being gay is a sin. All over the world You may get made fun of for not being thin "In god we trust," hell no. They say trust in the lord for he is our savior But what about those who you “good” people Say will be damned to hell because we’re gay When there has been homosexuality all throughout the world And throughout history Even in the bible there was a chance for homosexuality And were they judged NO So "In god we trust," hell no.
