In Death

I am sorry I fell so hard, only to hit the pavement at your feet and have you pick me back up out of convenience. I am sorry I would have dropped everything, come running, at your word, only to have you fall silent. Oh how much I love you, your very being, every breath you take. Only in death would you love me... only in death would I forget to love you.
