In Concernment
Whereas in the interest of both soventy and nationalism
We recognize both boundaries and the establishments
Which govern. Where north is north east is east ,west is west and south is south. The laws of peace where each government
shall recognize the laws of the other.
Where diplomacy and negation, shall be rule of law.
Monitored and medicated.
Where each government recognizes respectively other governments interest, regarding allies associates and fors.
One in defence of the other for boundaries sake.
One in the interest of the other for the sake of sovergnty.
Recognition of the rights of all governments and there people.
Concern Citizens of Earth
Whereas such truths establishes an environment of diplomacy
where the sovergnty of the people both united and divided interest is expressed in a democratic way.
In full regards to the public interest.
