In Bittersweet Admiration

I'm in admiration
I adore thee
your an infatuation
that's healthy
I can't breathe
when your around
my chest tightens
your magic I've found
could inspire death to a fire

I'm walled up
like a dove, in love
floating on a cloud above
I'll come down
when I calm down
you still perfection
makes no sound
to guide me in
I come hard crashing
stupid cupid
somewhere off laughing
because he can never get
no satisfaction

In helplessness
I can't help this
steel willed love bliss
as you dismiss
I already knew
my chance was slim
inside my own self
I stay walled in
and talk to no one
I feel defeat
but this loss
was bittersweet

I adore your lore
as I fall more
Into admiration
worth dying for
I learn so much
this whole love game
sometimes pure luck
I don't entice you
I can now see
I fell in so hard
the ground freed me
