In Between
I just don’t understand it one bit,
though you said it with charm and wit.
The words don’t make sense in my mind.
It seems like I just running further behind.
Wish I could understand what it is that you say.
Maybe just maybe one day it just may.
But today its all so unclear,
covered with trepidation and fear
Why cant you say what it is you mean,
so I can move from this space, the in between .
One day it might click and light will come on,
I just hope and pray that it doesn’t take long
