In another life, I'd be your mother

To the world you are just a person But to me you are the world You are the rarest of the rare To the point no one can compare Every hug healing a piece of me you didn't break Everytime you smile I know that no matter what I go through I'll always have you You are my heart And nothing could ever tear us apart You've been through so much And instead of using that same trauma To repeat the cycle You took all that pain And did the most powerful thing you could By turning that into love You have gone above and beyond To be a better Mom Than yours was And I thank the stars I became your daughter Because without you I would not be alive You have saved me so many times Not many people or mothers Would love me like you Be there for me like you There is no one like you I wish life had been kinder to you The way you were kinder to it My dad never deserved you And if I could go back in time To stop you from meeting him Even if it meant that I don't exist I would happily make that sacrifice To give you a better life Our souls are infinite A bond that can't be killed Something that doesn't come around to often Something that will never be broken In every life we're infinite Whether I'm the mother you never had Whether your the mother I always had I hope that in at least one of those lifetimes I could be your mother And give you all the love that you never received as a child And one last thing I love you infinity x infinity reoccurring boom I win x
