In An Ideal World

if only we could all...

                           find...
       peace in war, beauty in ugliness.
                      construct...
        and not dismantle each other.
                      offer help...
                to all who need it.
                try to understand...
          people, cultures, religions
        and perspectives alien to us
       instead of rushing to condemn.
              exponentially favor...
                 what unites us  
             over what divides us.
                       control...
           anger; never allowing it
        to take plenary control of us. 
                accept all people...
            for whom they really are,
       as opposed to dismissing them 
               for being "different"
    wouldn't that be a wondrous thing? just imagine!
                   all humanity
                  would be gold 
               in bright sunshine.
