In A World Where I Do Not Exist

(This poem may also be read backward, from the bottom up) In a world where I do not exist There's a place where I'm yet to enlist Where my yearning cannot be dismissed And my soul reaches out to be kissed One day there, where I will re-exist After crossing that bridge in the mist (If life's demons I chose to resist) Lifted high through that Heavenly midst There, my loved ones hold hands and subsist On that day, I will join them, assist In rejoicing the peace we had missed To this new world, my efforts persist

That day will come for us all Sandra, we're only in this world for a short time. Good luck in the contest. Hope your week is going well. Tom

Lovely poem - and it’s fun that you can read it from the bottom up as well!
