In a Soft Whisper
In a soft whisper,
He hears her tiptoe through his dreams...
Leaving soft kisses and feather touches in her wake.....
And when the dawn appears...
He wonders if she was really there.
What he doesn't know.....
Is that she stops by every night to touch his cheek as he sleeps...
Just to stand and marvel at such a creature...
Is more than she could ever hope for.....
Ever so gently she tiptoe's on....
For she knows in his waking moments...
He is her saving grace...
And she,
His reason.
