In a Little While

In a little while,
The sky will have
Shed enough tears
Leaving it's Google bankrupt
The wells would have run dry
While,
The rivers would have
Emptied it's tributaries

The sun will shut
It's eyes and lay down,
Fatigued beyond reason;
Eclipsed by the black wings of darkness
Then,
Flowers will stop blooming
And wither away
Farmers will harvest their crops
Buyers and sellers
Will close shop
And bid each other farewell

The choir and choir leaders
Will retire their weary voices;
Voices drowned by depleted vocal cords
The stars will shed their bling
And,
Rusted metal will decay

Soon,
Evening will be heralded
And,
They would all have supper:
The cat, the rat, the owl, mortal......
Then,
The clock will stand still
And,
Dreary darkness will insidiously
Saunter in.........
In a little while.......
