In a Cosmic Realm

The Universe unfolded outside of me
Pure now in its geometry
A beautiful shape twisting
And dancing in space time.

Floating in a cosmic realm
Hungry now I ate up the stars
I sucked them from the dark
All inside of me red hot and spicy

The light of the stars not yet born
Drifted past me in a bright mist
Then I noticed the sun
A tiny dot an ego lost in the night sky.

Travelling in a frail vessel called body
Almost insignificant a mere speck
Time travel constrained by form
The cosmic sky in splendor bedecked.
