Imsoulpregnable

My mind, not weakened by life,
My heart protected, by my soul.
There is honor, in doing what is right.
Believing in myself, being true to my pride,
Makes my soul impregnable,
keeps my spirit gold...

The battle cries, the wind that blows,
then quickly dies,
Nights spent shivering in the cold.
My spirit shall not be broken,
My courage will never fold.

My interior walls, shall not be penetrated
or cause me to fall in shame for the
things I've done & those I have hated.
For me there is no regret,
No, apologies, for the life I lived
or have, to live yet...
The brick that holds me
together and keeps my spirit gold...
is the strength of my
impregnable soul....
