Imprisoned By My Needs

Help me Lord, though I feel asleep
trapped in box, I can't get out,
I look left, I look right,
I need your help. I'm so sad
because I don't want to be this
way, I want to be free, so please,
redeem me, I'm lost, for I am a tree
with broken leaves, with a scar
no one can heal. But You. Save me
from this prison where my mind finds
satisfaction and shine Your Light upon me,
so that I can focus on the Your Everlasting Love.
