Abandoned dreams
are standing
neatly stacked
in the drawer

through darkness
accompanied by light
snakes slithered
and
by their stomach salivated all hope

leave them asleep

abandoned dreams are
calmly waiting
hands
to abuse them.

This has the ring of truth so it's a bit scary! Light & Love

Love has its scary side but that doesn't decrease its significance, on the contrary :)
