Impressionistic

While out walking, my surroundings Seemed a bit impressionistic And I wondered why I thought so Since I’m really not artistic. But the scenery and people Looked like paintings by Monet And I knew I never noticed Things appearing quite that way. All at once I had the reason And there was no hocus-pocus. I forgot to wear my glasses And the world was out of focus!

I wish I could close my eyes and open them at Giverny. I love Monet. You don't need to be artistic to see beauty, especially if you are a person of beauty. I bet you are. I liked this poem so much I have commented on it twice. Tres jolie madame.

Hahaha...that's funny. I love how you have to be out of sorts to see new things. LOL Trevor

My problem is just finding my glasses! Better to see water lilies and bridges I think. Where were you walking? I want to go, Tee hee. Monèt’s art so beautiful. I’m a great fan of the artist. I’m guessing you are secretly artistic :o) It would be fun to jump into his paintings for a day wouldn’t it? This was fun to read. I’m so glad to have found it. Salut!
