The painting is credited with inspiring the name of the Impressionist movement. Impression, Sunrise depicts the port of Le Havre, Monet's hometown.(Wikipedia)

J, Monet is one of my favorite painters and you've described this painting so well in a difficult format. Pretty sure this will be a winner. I'll probably have to think up some more because he does not like villanelle, kyrielle or many of the other types I like to write. I really enjoyed these.
