Impassioned Plea

Problems insurmountable
Walls of sand unclimable
Sinking deeper
Just let me breathe

Where is the rock I stand on
From where is my peace drawn
Come Father I need to believe

Wrongs be made right
Give me the will to fight
Your strength Lord is all that I need

I know what my faith is made of
I know of your undying love
Give me something my pain to relieve

My cries to you unending
So much time I’m spending
And still now my spirit grieves

Send your tender mercies
Don’t let evil hurt me
Great Jehovah please intercede

This reads like a personal prayer, a plea to God for assistance. It is wonderfully penned as it speaks directly and with clarity. Michael

Laurie this is such a beautiflully penned prayer for intercession. I know the Lord has heard your prayers and shall surely for righteaouness sake intercede to alliviate the wrongful woes. Thank you for sharing the read and for your lovely comments on "I'll Walk The Naked Miles" I am most appreciative. God's Love and Many Blessings, Always, Adell
