You express yourself so perfectly my friend! I may not be on much for about week, I'm having problems with my teeth, big time pain, I can't seem to get anyone to really help me...I always have to wait until they have an opening for me to get in even if it is an Emergency! So I must wait until Monday, and I am in a lot of pain these days, there are at least 2 teeth that need removal...I'm afraid of having pain all through the weekend! So now think of me these few days! I'll try to get on soon!

My dear friend Russell, how sorry I am to hear of your suffering! I really understand the pain you go through for I have been in the same position many a time! Please just try to keep as calm as you can and be ready to go the extra mile in order to overcome it! Once I was for seven hours on dentist chair but then for some years I was fine. Be patient my friend, I will pray for you!
