Imaginationary

Shattered,battered,tattered soul
living half a life,
unwhole.
wake to scream your inner anguish
in the mirror you must languish.
Push and pull your wounded shell
keep ing silence,
never tell,
any living thing of flights
taken through the starry nights
to the land of make believe
or the friends will make you leave
never to go back again
in your dreams of lizard skin
where you really are a knight
in your armor shining bright
or a dragon to be slain
doesn't matter
you're insane.
who can tell if you are still?
Shut your mouth there's time to kill.
