Image of Humanity
We're constantly eagering to know what's
like being trusted,loved and
being understood so honestly and humanly:
but we stupidly shun
the presence of certain doubts
that cast a shadow on
our unpleasant realities!
Are there consequences resulting from ignorance?...
Will they turn into awareness,
or complete madness?
Those questions become so seriously antagonistic,
that we get discouraged to go
ahead,and plan a future so absent of failures;
but like very foolish people:
unnoticing their silly acts,
we blindly give our sympathies away with selfishness...
in the hope of getting them back!
How greedy and perfidious some hearts can be,Lord!
But would it really matter to us,
if we only gave
and wouldn't receive
a thing for showing generosity?
No, don't pay attention
to what others insolently
say,or unrightly believe:
but let them truly see
your unconditional compassion...
like you image of humanity!
How comforting and gratifying is
righteousness,based on truth,Lord!
