I'M To Blame

I came to talk to you And the selfish act you put us through I love you Should of hide the guns You would of found them Son of a gun Nothing is the same Nothing that is real I tried to fix it all away But I am still to blame Everything I do seems to be just for you The vow the promise the plans But you don't know I'm dammed Broken down in the sand Sifting through the glass As my time comes to pass If the hands of time could rewind What could I be ? Borrow a minute here and there Laughter and understanding As I sink deeper into my self The lie of stolen past Never to regain a love that would truly last Nothing is the same Nothing that is real I tried to fix it all away But I am still to blame

Gregory, this is so moving. Wish I could give you a big hug, Let go the past, welcome the future. There is much joy ahead but don't blame yourself. That stops you from life. I have been down that road. Loves come and go. You learn from each one. Panagiota xoxo
