The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

I’m still waiting

It’s seems sometimes the hours go
Slipping away so very slow
I am left waiting for the next tick
Like the banging of a drum-stick

Do I count the minutes gone
Or the minutes until the gong
We are all slaves to ticking clock
Waiting for the count- down lock.
