Im Sorry, I Pray

Im sorry for not being the son you wanted me to be,

I pray that you can forgive me.

Im sorry for not taking my talent to the highest level,

I pray that its not too late.

Im sorry for not being the best that i can be,

I pray that you can give me another chance.

Im sorry for all those nights i layed down and cried,

I only pray that you heard me.

Im sorry for always feeling so sad, feeling so confined,

I pray that you can understand why.

Im sorry for being so limited, so afraid of life,

I pray that you can help me.

Im sorry for being me.

I pray. For i am so far from where i could've been.
