I'M Sitting On Top of the World

I'm sitting on top of the world You've certainly heard this before But in my case it ain't just a happy old song It's about love and so much more Bout friendships and family and happiness Bout the simple joys that abound Think about all the good things you have Be happy you're still above ground Happiness is really easy to attain It depends on what's up in your noggin Think negative and life will always be negative Thinking happy is like riding a toboggan You'll have a blast and not only that You won't feel the cold weather outside It could even be minus twenty-five degrees You'll be warm and cozy inside Okay this is my own philosophy on living A happy and joyful existence Whatever you give, you get back in spades It makes for a joyful existence © Jack Ellison 2013

Dragon loves sitting on the top of the world... or that's what he calls the bluffs over looking the Mississippi and Missouri River flood plains. (We live where they meet). He flies me there when the leaves change color. On the way, we miss hitting MOST of the trees... Since the King of Fairy sprinkled him with a little fairy dust... Makes him fly straighter... The trip is the fun part (I could drive) but don't want to miss a trip with dragon! Mike thinks it's fun watching us try to fly... LOL
