I'M Only Used

Lying here in wait,
you have me sitting on the shelf.
Heart beating with love,
beating all for you.
Just sitting here all day long,
only one thought runs through my mind.
'When will you open the door,
and love me just as before?'

You open the door,
and look past me.
Picking up something useless,
nothing compared to me.
Something so simple and useless,
you choose to love.
Was I to difficult,
for you to love?
