I'M Only Saying

I'm not asking you to make me your world
I only want to be part of it......
I don't need the biggest or brightest star named after me
But,I'd love to be the twinkle in your eye.
I don't want to rule a nation
Just hoping to be your Queen.
I'm not asking to be put first in your life
I'm asking not to be put last.
We don't have to have our own special song
But maybe one day you and I can live in harmony
You don't have to think of me 24hrs a day
But,I pray that I'm thought of a little each day.
You don't have to agree with everything I say
But, please respect me enough to listen.......
