Im More Than You Thought

I'm more than you thought I was
I'm more than the letter grade that haunts my life. 
I'm more than the quiet face in the back row at night. 
I'm more than what the test and exams show. 
No matter what obstacle you throw at me. 
 Ill take my appeal to the dean. 
You haven't seen the last of me. 
I will over come your harsh comments 
and your ridiculous GPA requirements.
You can throw me out of the department 
but with will, determination and heart.
I will  have my degree and a new start.
