I'M Leaving This Town

All the memories,
Of us being together,
All the love we shared,
And the joy of being with you,
Is now in the past.
I shall never forget,
Those sweet and passionate moments.
But I can't hold on forever.
I am leaving now,
Away from this place,
Going to find another purpose,
Going to start over,
Going to explore the new world,
With a fresh clean plate;
And in time I will forget you.
I will not leave my mark behind,
I will not return to your grasp.
You will be a forgotten memory.
You will never haunt me again.
And so, I say farewell!
I am leaving this town,
And I won't come back to you...
