I'M In Love

“Now that’s called Love”
I heard a gentleman friend say
He meant only that his family
Provided all this everyday.

They listen and they learn
Of his wants and of his dreams
And sometimes they take part
In the wildest of his schemes.

They taught him to stand strong.
But almighty they’ll defend
And if he should ever get hurt
They’re like a nurse to mend.

So they give all of themselves
And sometimes what they own
And they tell him daily to his heart
He’ll never be alone.

I believe a Love like this is rare
And is so blessed from high above
So I must finally further add
“I’m in Love with their Love!”

Love it. Like rhyme scheme. Peace, Love and Joy (An aside. I had poety treacher who's first name was Rose. Forget last name. You have good company. First or last there are many Roses.)
