I'M Hypnotized By An Illusion

I quiver with fear
of the rumbling roar,
your shadow reveals
from the curtains of my dream.

You come along with open arms
your halo glimmers;
and keeps me warm in winter
a masterpiece that beguiles my mind.

You're the pith and core of my life,
I nod like an insane
though my soul is in vain,
I never care.

Oh! I am perfectly hypnotized
by an illusion of love.
