I'm Glad About Today
I ain't mad
I ain't even sad
Actually, I'm glad
Yesterday they left
Thoughts of them are few; my mind is no longer heft
Today I smile because my loving heart is not bereft
Now, free from the debilitating fray
HAPPINESS I no longer delay
I'm glad about today....
