I'M Broken
I dont know how to express what is left unspoken, what life has thrown at me left me broken
If you left I would care, still when it was happening I would just sit and stare,
To many times my heart has been shattered, losing so many people in my life that really mattered,
It may seem unfair but I wont allow myself to get close, I always lose what matters most.
I have to keep my heart protected, sorry if by this you feel rejected.
I'm open to the possibility that you will be gone at the end of the day, because no one is ever in my life to stay.
I built a wall that's strong and will hold, for being so soft I'm turning real cold.
I will never again beg a person to stay, everytime I will let them walk away.
So I apologize for this world has left me completely broken
