I'M Angry With Her

I'm angry with her
I finally said it.
How could she leave us this way?

Heart in hand
Tongue in cheek.

I'm angry with her
I finally admit it.
How could she be so selfish?

Heart of stone
Tongue of fire.

I'm angry with her
I now believe it.
How do we forget her?

Heart and soul
Tongue and mind.

I'm angry at her
I now regret it.
How do we remember her?

Heart of gold
And gilded tongue.

I'm sad for her
I now understand it.
How is she now?

Heart broken.
Tongue held.
