I'm almost fifteen. Can I get a tattoo? Sorry. Not in our state... How 'bout gender-transformation surgery? Sure, no problem. That'd be great!

Good advice. Wouldn't have to have an "inappropriate" tattoo removed after surgery

Times are, indeed, changing... But do people have to change who they are? What if they regret it 10 years later? There's no way back from this. Ah, I'm just an old fogey, I guess. But I think this is insane!! There's no carte blanche for tattoos for teens, you know! :) gw

Try waiting until you are old enough to make the right decision about both matters; time will tell if you need to address the gender transformation.
